Alex Kish is widely regarded as an expert in building restoration and roofing, with more than three decades of experience delivering complex exterior projects across Northwest Florida. Today, he serves as a platform-wide resource for ACACIA, providing engineered solutions and technical guidance to operating companies across the portfolio.

A graduate of Mississippi State University’s Bagley College of Engineering, Alex gained early field experience with Pritts- McEnany while still in college. He began his professional career in South Florida, working on behalf of a national insurer to assess and resolve structural building concerns, which gave him a deep, practical understanding of how buildings perform and fail.

That foundation shaped his work as co-founder and co-owner of Bel-Mac Roofing, and later Seashore Construction, which he launched in 2005 with Brian Connell. For 30 years, Alex helped build both companies into trusted names in Northwest Florida, known for meticulous craftsmanship, hands-on client relationships, and projects completed on time and within budget.
