Cagen Williams

Chief Executive Officer

Cagen Williams is Chief Executive Officer of ACACIA Exterior Building Group, bringing extensive experience in business transformation, operational leadership, and acquisition-driven growth across the construction and industrial services sectors.

Prior to ACACIA, Cagen served as CEO of NECC, a leading commercial roofing and building envelope contractor serving the Mid-Atlantic region. He previously served as President and CEO of Panhandle Power Solutions, a national provider of critical energy infrastructure and electrical contracting services, where he led the company’s expansion from its federal contracting roots into broader commercial, industrial, and energy markets.

Throughout his career, Cagen has focused on scaling businesses, developing leadership teams, and building organizations positioned for sustainable growth. At ACACIA, he leads the group’s investment, acquisition, and operating strategy, partnering with established businesses to preserve their legacies while creating new opportunities for their people and customers.

Cagen holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
